SCWD and PrimeWater-Sorsogon City's water service delivery achieved an over-all customer satisfaction rating of 3.9 with an equivalent interpretation of Very Good, based on the 2021 Customer Ssatisfaction Survey conducted by the 11-person SCWD survey team in 34 served barangays , Oct. 26-29.
